Description
Sits along the lake shore by the inn. Give Mojax a Bottle of Milk. Then, Duggin runs up and steals the note.
Duggin Scumber says 'Aha!! Foolish Qeynite or whatever you call yourself!! I have found the note and now I shall take it to my superior!! Just try and catch me!!'
Kill Duggin to loot a Note for the Message Intercept quest. You can also simply kill Mojax instead, but you will take negative faction hits listed below.
